Course Description: Supervision plays an integral role for counselors. Counselors can receive guidance and help with identifying critical issues dealing with their counseling relationships through appropriate supervision. This course is designed to help the student better understand supervision regulations in regards to NJ LCADC/CADC, to be able to distinguish between supervision, consultation and personal therapy, as well as explore what CADC interns should expect from clinical supervision.
