Browser and Operating System Requirements.
The training will run on all modern browsers and devices; however, we always recommed using the most current versions for compatibility and security reasons.

Adobe PDF Reader.
PDF files are used in many of our classes. If you don't have a PDF reader on your device, install the free Adobe PDF reader before you begin.      

Enable JavaScript and Allow Popups.
To use our courses, you should configure your browser to enable JavaScript and allow pop-ups.

Clearing Browser Cache.
At times you may need to clear out your Browser cache to ensure you are looking at the latest version of a website. Follow the link for Browser-specific steps to clearing out your Browser cache.

Connection Speed.
Our courses are best viewed using Internet connection speeds equivalent to broadband (Cable, DSL, etc) or faster.
